The inside of those apartments must be so depressing and dark. That is awful.

I drove past that mini Clockzilla a couple times. The closest I have come to seeing actual Clockzilla in real life. As I was driving I saw an ominous point of light in the distance. It soon came into focus as the malevolent eye. There's another slab nearby that looks similar to it but without the clock. Not sure if it's another Residences Soleil or not.

Clockzilla destroyed Manoir St. Leonard in a fit of jealous, homicidal rage long ago:

Yes it’s a Residences Soleil. Even that is no match for clockzilla.
