Great update today, Corvairkeith.

This one certainly must be closed to topping out, yeah?

The Quincy is not extraordinary, but it is a nice clean, handsome building with decent height. It is exceeding my expectations. The transition from garage to office to residence is so cohesive, its what makes me like this building so much. The picture of it behind the Westin and the Hilton threw my orientation off for a second.

Love that shot! The presence of this baby along 35 is really something else! It seems we really needed the added density in that stretch to bring a super urban feel to the eastern edge of the skyline

This one’s now topped out. You can see the tree from I-35.

I'm really surprised at how tall the Dorsey is appearing. I mean, yeah, it's 170 feet which isn't exactly short, but it's really poking up there. And I love that view from St. Ed's. I've been watching that area of downtown fill in, and it's been interesting see it stretch to the east. And I also really like the view along South First. Those towers in the southeast part of downtown are giving our skyline a dynamic it never had in that area.

Outside of the addition of height of density in this corner of downtown, none of the current builds on Rainey are architecturally exciting.

So sadly true. Maybe everyone thought they couldn't compete with the iconic Holiday Inn's round tower.

This tower turned out nice. I love how it really puts together the Rainey St skyline with the rest of downtown and makes it one contiguous skyline.

Webcam update. More glass being added at a glacial pace.
