What's the scope of projects?

Under construction, height ... ? There's like 9,313 lowrises in varying stages of planning, for example.

I wasn't going to create a black and white criteria. I'll be happy to add what's notable, some things have significance even when not a zillion feet tall.

I just noticed today walking to lunch that workers are putting up the 7th floorplate at Stewart and I think this means the first level of the building that isn't garage.

Does anyone here know the process of getting the crane out of the building? Seems awkward to have it stuck in the middle.

Generally, they mount a derrick on the top of the building to disassemble the crane and lower the pieces to the ground.

I also think that Stewart will be going much fast now as there is less concrete per floor for the residential portion vs the parking garage. So, we should see it going quicker at this point.

I think just the projects in the core and maybe projects in the outlying more urban areas (i.e. Biltmore or Kierland areas) will be good. We obviously don't really need to put a 3 story suburban apartment building out in Deer Valley on here. But anything South of Camelback to Jefferson and between the 7's I'm good with even if it's 4 stories.
