I think this work is further north replacing the pilot wharf. Closer to the Saltyard shops and Stubborn Goat Beer Garden.

I believe the Cunard lot is going to have a sea bridge.

I love the aerial shot.... it is showing part of the Maritime Centre renewal project... I would love to see a similar shot now of Maritime Centre now.
