It's definitely a hefty building. It looks absolutely massive going north on Mopac from 360. Also looks like it has a little roof architectural design from that angle.

I think it's extraordinary, the bandaid pattern. They certainly could have gone Austin conservative conventional and saved a few bucks.

I really like this one. It’s got a European vibe.

I can’t get over the podium. A warehouse with apartments above -wish they wrapped it with residential units along 24th and Rio Grande.

The Owwie would be a catchy name for this one, with it covered in band aids and all.
Speaking of owwie, this stretch has 7 power poles on the sidewalk. Hope that changes before completion of this project.

There's some really drab, utilitarian architecture going on in west campus these days. Whew... glad I'm not in school or the target market for this area.

Canyons of value engineered mid-rises and atrocious parking podiums. What a depressing pedestrian experience.

The middle white/gray part is about as conservative and ugly as a building can get of this size, in my opinion.

Both this and Union on San Antonio are leasing for the fall semester. But that doesn't mean they will be completed by then based on many other West Campus projects.

I believe this and Union on San Antonio have a good chance of being done on time. It’s April and both have already transitioned to mostly interior work (Union on San Antonio slightly behind this one, last exterior panels going up and all sidewalks aren’t open yet).

There has been other WC projects where it was quite obvious they wouldn’t open on time.

Even with the somewhat overbearing parking garage I do like the ground floor of this tower. Doesn't feel like the most welcoming home but the sidewalks are very wide.
