I just noticed in the picture that they ARE actually installing the "X" bracing on the North side of the building after all. There was some debate about this subject earlier in the construction phase because it was noted that the builder started the South side "X" bracing early on in the construction process - as the floors progressed. They seem to be taking the opposite approach on the North side, starting at the top and working their way down the side.
You can also see the additional “floor” of screening coming up top.
re the balconies, it's a better use of the space for the folks who work there and are paying rent. I think (and hope) it will look better with the finishing touches.

I think the balconies are probably a future tenant request. Guessing.

So far the X frame on the northern side of the project is only the top X. I wonder if that’ll be it or if it will be placed along the rest of the northern facade.
Table Top maker for sure. Looks like 2 towers (1 residential and 1 commercial) with a retail podium and parking garage framing a central courtyard. The open space looks cool and I'm excited by the idea for an outdoor music venue.
Did they end up buying the site from Trillist that was going to be a hotel? If so then this will not be a tall project. But the table top is more south of 10th. This part of Midtown has a good bit more height variety.
