As Bigtime mentioned, they are indeed fake. They had originally planned for a wider atrium space that would have allowed then to hoist real trees up to the top, but because of the atrium change they can't. They have planted some small trees that will grow over time.

I was already very impressed with The Bow, but having just viewed this video of the 54th floor Skygarden and Auditorium I am even more impressed. This certainly is a world-class office tower.
