In 2018 hyderabad has seen 30% growth In Residential Projects and Corporate leasing which has given hope to the builders to start new projects.

In recent year many MNC IT companies & Global Corporate houses has shown interest in establishing their offices in hyderabad definitely which has created huge job opportunity and attracted lot of job aspirant to this city.

With the increase in population there is need of many more infrastructure development and residential projects and in recent time hyderabad govt has taken initiative to increase infrastructure like Roadways, Flyovers for easy commuting.

As of now there are 927 residential Projects in the city including Apartments, Villa, Independent houses. Around 763 Apartments for sale in Hyderabad, 18 Individual house projects and 81 Villas projects for sale.

Some of the Areas Like Kompally, Nagole, Uppal, Manikonda, Narsingi, Chanda Nagar, Nanakramguda, Adibatla are witnessing Tremendous growth in terms of Residential and commercial development.

Recently, Nehru Outer Ring Road has been completed which has also increased the opportunity for builders to start new projects outskirt of the city besides ORR.
