Is there a webcam currently available for this project? I’d assume something this ‘big’ should have one.

Technically yes and no. Not a webcam set up for the development yet, but there is a cam on the Chase garage where you could "potentially" see the construction, but the cam is so dirty right now, you can't see anything. I've been meaning to go up to the garage to see if I can reach the camera to clean it, but haven't got around to it. If anyone else wants to volunteer cleaning it

Here's the link to the dirty-cam: https://www.weatherbug.com/weather-camera/?cam=PHBOB. I think it's on the NW end of the garage near the stairwell if I remember correctly.

They have a web cam on the top of the summit building. However I do not know the URL for it.

Snapped a quick pic of the Adeline banner on the fence. I like this angle as the perspective is better (other renderings we've seen seem to be stretched too much). The banner also shows the height comparison to Colliers better. Also, the first level above street is well underway and the elevator shaft is up to floor 3. I suspect a crane jump fairly soon.

It looks to be about 10 floors. Was there supposed to be a hotel component to the development? If so, could be that.

Its a parking garage, the existing underground structure is not enough to support the residences.

It is. It was designed for a 750-room hotel in addition to the office tower. Parking garages don't have windows either.

I swear when I first read about this development a couple years ago, I thought I read it was a mixed-use project with an adjacent hotel. I tried to search for it and cannot find it, so guess I read wrong or that was an earlier proposal.

Either way, the underground garage is 3 floors deep and nearly a 1/2 block in size. I'm not sure they will need more parking for a 379 unit tower. Looking at the ground breaking article, it does state that underground parking currently exist at the site will be used for resident parking. So I don't think they are adding any additional parking. I'll put in an RR and see what the plans show what that section as.

I work in Colliers Center and there's no room for parking for the new tower. I heard there will be be a 7 story parking structure bully between the two towers.

I think we have the answer right here gentleman, thanks Loco. Makes sense, doesn’t Uber have offices there? 379 units equals prob 500-600 residents, definitely would think it needs more that 3 levels of parking with the office building.

They’re prob going to try to make it look like windows so it has a better appearance. It actually looks like shadows of cars in the rendering. I was just google earthing some towers in Miami with parking garages with windows.
