Coffee shop under reconstruction. It's block, which they will presumably stucco and the terra cotta ornamentation seems to be in place.

This building has great prominence from South Street Bridge - from that angle looks to be about the same height as Liberty 2. These smaller floor plates seem to mean that they can pour a few floors a week so this has just skyrocketed up in the last few months. How many more are there to go?

And from that angle it fits perfectly in-between Liberty 1 & 2. Looks awesome.
