Two cranes for that bad boy. Now we just need the three multi story developments planned for the area west of the Pearl in Tobin Hill to erect their cranes and Midtown will have six cranes alone with potentially a seventh (W Hotel) crane and who knows what Broadway East will bring.

That would be quite a site. In your opinion, do you see all three of the multi-story/multi-family West of Pearl breaking ground within the next 12-18 months?

So, those are pretty much finished then, huh? Are the barricades down around the perimeter?

I think you're mistaking the four-story Mosaic Apartments in the foreground for the current projects under construction. The Jefferson Bank HQ is going to be 13 floors and a comparable height to the Credit Human HQ down the street. Jefferson Bank only has one completed level at the moment.

Drove by yesterday and they are up to about three stories for the parking garage. Looks like a solid project for Broadway. Unfortunately, no pictures but the project looks like it's coming along well.

yep, just a matter of time before the rest of the block is developed. Will be a really nice corridor taking you into downtown.

No, I was talking about 1803 Broadway and the Lower Broadway Office building (the ones behind the smokestack). Those are complete, yes?

This is such a great picture. It really shows that even though this building is only 12/13 stories, each floor is truly massive. Seeing the workers out there really helps to provide a sense of scale. Plus it is a great looking picture with the sun setting in the background.

Yup, I noticed the Wurzbach Towers too. The beginning of another day. A great picture indeed.
