SJSC towers would look well from this angle if they start it
Apparently, it will never get built, period! due to tepid nature of developer.

Dual branded Marriott Residence inn and Fairfield inn coming to America Center in North San Jose, adding 147+114 (261 total) rooms to the market. This area is close to Levi's Stadium and the future Top Golf venue.

The developers hope to open the hotels by mid-2019.

Yeah it was but I usually take those news with a grain of salt.

I love the SJSC towers a lot because it will make San Jose's skyline a lot nicer, especially in the eastern side of downtown. Look like this and The Graduate will be San Jose's new high rises after Silvery Towers

nice facade IMO. I wonder if the silver panelling will stay or if it is just a moisture coating layer.

A downtown San Jose property owner has proposed a new 26-story mixed-use tower filled with 400 units, or about 900 beds, for students near the university’s campus on the edge of the city’s core. Schoennauer, partner at San Jose-based The Schoennauer Co., is working with property owner Brent Lee to get the needed approvals and entitlements for the project.

The tower is expected to be about 285 feet at the northeast corner of North Fourth and St. John streets.

A different color scheme, please, please, pretty please?

Change the white to Lime Green, the brown to Cobalt Blue or vice versa?

Change the white to purple, the brown to red?

They're not aggressive in building these towers. They're not in a hurry.

One Million Sq. Ft. of New Office Downtown?
With news of Google potentially locating next to Diridon Station, suddenly everyone wants a piece of downtown San José! And boy are we ready! A Preliminary Review application came in last month to gain staff’s input on the potential to demolish existing buildings and construct three new 6-story office buildings totaling ONE MILLION square feet at 440 W. Julian Street.
