Incredible amount of development going on there! You guys need to find some artists to add all of these towers to the Austin skyscraper diagram.

I’ve always admired the amount of growth in Austin from afar since I’m originally from metro Detroit. Now I’m in Pflugerville and used to daily drive downtown full-time for Uber before the pandemic. Just loving what I’m seeing. Can’t wait for the next five years. Rainey St. is gonna be impressive and maybe even south of congress will finally get some high rises with the Statesman property 🍻

I agree! I love seeing the growth/metamorphosis of the city. Can't wait to see how it will look in the coming years.

What are they putting underneath the Texas Mall? Geez, that's deep. A garage?

A less typical view, looking South from the State Capitol:

Progress on the Texas Mall, and it's accompanying parking:

Urbannizer reports 2400 Seton, a 321' 30 floor West Campus residential tower, has started site prep. No photos yet, though.

I love how the city is mixing office/residential towers along with businesses creating that neighborhood dynamic and with all of the people who come downtown to work as well as play, it's creating a great street level urban feeling. Also these panoramic photos are giving me life!!
