Where would Trump (or anyone else for that matter) get height in this town? Even in the places where there aren't oppressive height limits, the NIMBYs won't have it.

Hello

Hey there everyone,

I havve been reading this forum for a long time but I just joined because I just moved into my place in the Icon so I feel like I can take part in the discussions about downtown development seeing as how I am now a resident.

^^ I don't think living downtown is a requirement for discussing its development. Welcome all the same though.

^^^Wow. Icon is done already? Is the main blue tower going to be completely painted or will half of it be exposed concrete? I'm hoping it's painted.

New thread, eh? It's been a while since I've been on here. Just stopping in to say hi...I looked through the first page and I see that there are a lot of new projects. Always good to see.

RPCV stands for returned peace Corps volunteer. I was in the Peace Corps in Paraguay for three years. The one thing I am most proud of in my life.

Nah it will be all blue. They moved the first ten floors in while finishing the top ten floors because they are so behind. It is pretty chaotic over here, but fun. It is not often that you can moved into a construction site.
