Looks like Emporis is outdated for Moscow
a better Moscow list
1. Russia Tower 600 m approved
2. Ostankino TV tower 540 m
3. Federation Tower 448 m U/C
4. Mercury Tower 380 m U/C
5. City Hall 308 m U/C
6. Parcel 12 305 m U/C
7. Moscow 274 m U/C
8. Triumph Palace 264 m
9. Naberezhnaja Tower C 252 m U/C
10. Moscow State University 240 m
11. St. Petersburg 235 m U/C
12. Imperia Tower (60 floors) - instead of Aqua City Palace (50 floors)
design not finalized, probably higher than 250 m
for height calculation mind these details:
1. Federation Tower consists of Tower B 242m, Tower A 354 m, and Tower C 448 m
2. City Hall is actually four independent towers connected by skybridges
3. you may not want to count the TV tower, it is not a building
coth, could you check this?
