Looks like the old Augustana Lutheran Church site, I was really hoping it was the site with the old foundation on it (NE corner of 106St and 100th Ave).

9901-107 Street open house last night.

-Massing only so don't get too excited/concerned.
-Likely going to be rental.
-Suites are fantastic sizes, 520/40ish to only about 875sqft.

Public meeting for proposed downtown highrise


Residents are invited to provide feedback on a proposed 30 storey, high-density residential tower at 9901 107 Street NW.
Date: Wednesday, July 15, 2015
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: McKay Avenue School -
Edmonton Public Schools Archives and Museum
10425 99 Avenue NW
The proposed tower will have a maximum of 235 units and 148 underground parking stalls as well as commercial and retail at street level.The application also proposes amendments to the Edmonton Zoning Bylaw to reflect the proposed highrise. Amendments would include the downtown zoning map, downtown maximum floor area ratio and downtown maximum height map.

The meeting is an opportunity to learn more about the proposal and provide your feedback to the City and applicant. Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council before they make a decision on the application.

Updated Augustana redevelopment, small but important improvements. Goes to Council Nov 2. for debate and decision, please get your thoughts/comments in to the Mayor, Councillor and the City Clerk (important) prior to that date. I am liking what I am seeing.
