1st floor walls now started on north end of building as they wrap up the L1 level on south side.

Almost done the 1st floor walls. Have started excavating the underground level for the next tower. The first 2 floors are podium base.

Installing the 2nd floor concrete slabs on the north end of the 1st building now. The podium base is 2 floors with floors 3-9 being the main tower with a setback 10th floor as a penthouse level with larger patios. Digging continues for underground level for tower 2 along Sunningdale Rd and the new roadway to serve the 4 buildings is being prepared.

2nd floor walls are now installed. 3rd floor slabs should be well underway by next week. Floors 3 thru 9 are the main tower which sits on the 2 floor podium base.

Wrapping up the 3rd floor slab installation. The pit for tower 2 is dug and they have the mobile crane there. Suspect they will be digging the footing foundations soon as the towers will share the two level underground parking garage.

Most of the 4th floor walls are now installed. Should see 5th floor slab installation started next week. Pace is around 2 floors every 5 weeks, so should see the 10th floor completed in 15 weeks.

5th floor slab is now done and 70% of the 5th floor walls are now installed. Window installation has started on 1st floor. Work continues in the pit for tower 2 footings and the continuation of the underground garage below tower 2.

Have nearly 50% of the sixth floor slabs installed now as they wrap up the 5th floor walls on south end. Excavation for parking under tower 2 is complete and they appear to be prepping to start foundation footings. Would be smart to get them dug and poured before the cold weather sets in.
