Concord, New Hamshire

I spent a few hours in the small downtown early last Sunday. It is an unremarkable town......but nonetheless very pleasant. I'd go back.

Nice set Mark. Great little city. I was there back in 2004 so this is fun, and great to see some new buildings. Thanks.

Nice pictures. It looks like Concord has some great institutional buildings for such a small city! Makes sense given it's the capital.

yeah, I thought it looked unusually prosperous and put together for a town that size until I found out it was the state capital. Looks great.

Great pics, Concord is small but packs a good punch.

Concord, like its larger brethren Manchester, Nashua, and Lowell to the south, got wealthy quite early in the Industrial Revolution as a Merrimack River mill city. For about 30 years or so, Concord was the northern end of the most industrialized region on the planet.
