I wonder, how long will it takes them to figure out that there's gonna be a moving hot spot as the sun reflects twice from the south facade onto a single spot in Director Park?

I finally got a chance to see it during daylight, and she looks great. Between this and the Hassalo & 8 I'm enjoying watching the skyline grow so drastically.

Don't forget the multiple towers going up in the north end of the Pearl!

I figured someone would have said something on here now about the construction camera not working. Does anybody have any info as to why it might be down?

Man! I really hope this building sparks more intense talk about lifting height restrictions :/

I wish we could get a few more towers like this but maybe a few hundred feet taller. Just to distinguish our skyline.

All we need is about two to three more that are about this height or just slightly taller and we'd have a game changing skyline

oh man, loving the glass.

This is exactly what I was hoping to see. None of that cheap looking greenish curtain wall.

This has probably already been posted, but this it the first time I've seen this rendering. So, here it is just in case it hasn't been posted.

So happy that this is going up, but I've never really been a fan of that east elevation -- I think the symmetry bugs me and it appears a bit stumpy. Oh well. I really like the south elevation, so I'll just look at it from angle.

I think philopdx and I were out shooting on the same day, judging by the clouds. A few more PAW angles here :

Is it me or does this glass look more ZGF/Indigo than it does the John Ross like it showed in renderings?

Any inside info, or rumors, of what the retailer(s) might be?

It looks like the retail spaces are still available to lease.
