I don't mind this building, but I wish the facade was something other than white. It looks unfinished.

Also, the base (which in rendering I thought was a real strong point) appears very two dimensional in the photos.

All in all, the shaft is better than I expected and the base not as good.

there are about 4 or 5 apts being occupied on the lower levels already, just days after completion. I'm also really interested in what kind of retail will be going in there. I catch the light rail home there every night now, and it's a gorgeous building.

Overall I think the building looks great and is a much needed addition to that end of Downtown. However, have people seen this building at night? The screening for the parking garage is very ineffective at shielding the intense parking garage lighting in the base. From a block or two away, all you see are these intense blinding blue-white lights.

Well and of course, if they fix that, you'll find something else to complain about I'm sure.
