I was actually being sincere and complimentary with "free" - I'd say Calgary and Alberta rank very well with allowing people to do what they want, within reason.

Red Deer - Supremacy (straight/white)


Mid-sized cities...

The only 4 CMAs in the country I would associate with "sunbelt" would be Calgary, Lethbridge, Regina, and Kelowna.
