Kangjian Building and Chongqing Forest seems to be the same building, accroding to Emporis:

Or, if one do a search for the native name for Chongqing Forest (重庆森林) on the chinese Baidu maps (map.baidu.com), the first hit is for the neighbouring Hexin Tower (https://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=36641).
I think the Chongqing Forest entry can be deleted anyway.
