I searched for this thread, but couldn't find one, so apologies if this is duplicate. Curious if anyone has information about what's happening the with the glut of businesses that have occurred in recent years. It's really a sad area these days with not only all the vacant space, but everything just looking dated. I see though Landmark is renovating, but not much else these days....I wonder if Tanger opening has had an impact.

It seems like from the PenEquity package that they plan on developing new floors ontop of the retail locations to include office space. That would spur development into the area, that is for sure. Seems like a smart plan.

Looks like there is a tenant for the old Future Shop building?

Also they are splitting the old Home Outfitters. Wonder who may be going in there.

That picture is a little out of date. Fat Tuesdays is closed (sign on the door did not specify permanently but it seems like it). Jask next to BBQ world is also a goner.

I believe that is only referring to the future building near Milestones
