I dont really see a problem with this one either. Its not ground breaking in any way, would the location have been a nice spot for a landmark yes, but this project is 100x better than what was there before and will bring decent density to the area + a better at ground experience. I see this has a win.

This project is absolutely one on the worst designs we have seen in recent developments here. The Charc-Whites are a blessing compared to this commie era looking building(s). This is the issue with this City, people accept this type of bland design.

The renders were okay, but the end product is simply crap.

Wait, what!?! How did this one turn out so bad? Main + Main is usually so much better than this, and the renders looked pretty decent. What a massive -- no, gargantuan -- disappointment! This could very well end up being the worst development in Ottawa since Andaz.

Harley figured out that 75% of the project was sold to Equiton. Seems likely they dumbed it down to this extreme level.
