It's pretty well-done for what it is; proof that modern construction methods can still lend pleasing proportions to classical styles. I'm far less offended by this than most of the other stuff in this thread.

The houses Spyguy posted are also amazing.

I've never seen some of those houses/McMansions Spyguy and Hed Kandi posted. Are they all located in the Lincoln Park area?

I love those Chicago townhouses. The scale may be small, but the materials and execution are grand (but not grandiose). Just charming.

Just a bit too much marble on the exterior and the portions aren't quite right. The interiors are garish.
