A nice presence from the Parkway. I wish the Sheraton would get a full makeover. That would be a great trio of Cathedral 1 and 2 and a revamped hotel.

This would look brilliant if they would add decorative lighting, imagine either an outline/crown lighting or if they got ambitious lighting on the concrete floor bands between the windows...

The bands and glass color have more character than I expected from the renderings. It looks less boring than I expected.
