It's supposed to be 145m? Jeebus! The ICON really did not get their money's worth on the whole "Edmonton's tallest and most elegant residential towers" did they? Pearl, Encore, and now this is looking to succeed it (well, the Pearl already has).

Dynamic be tower heights... tallest only lasts a finite amount of time.

^ It wasn't that long ago that wasn't the case here. What was the ICON predecessor? 21 years elapsed between Commerce Place and EPCOR Tower.

Awesome! Great to see Edmonton getting into the tall residential game too!

What's wrong with stating the truth? Unless I've missed something, it isn't a statement that is posted a lot on here, anyways. Maybe it is on C2E or something.

Anyways, a statement like the one I made really highlights the positivity that is flowing through Edmonton right now with projects like this one or even the very notion of architects people have a mancrush on being interested in this city. Edmonton wasn't on Brad Lamb's radar 10 years ago, and understandably so. That speaks volumes to the changes underway in this city.

Stats, metrics are what you want them to be.

Are you intentionally trying to be nebulous?

Looks all-right from what we can see. This appears to be more of a concept (to pitch to potential investors) than an actual design. If the actual design ends up similar to this it would be pretty impressive, especially the height.

^^ Ya... The Lamb project in Calgary 6th & 10th definetely isn't as nice as the Edmonton "North" proposal.
