Well Invesco is already taking 300,000 sq ft in Midtown Union so perhaps "tweak" means it's getting even bigger?

I know they reduced the size of the hotel. Not sure if residential or office component has changed.

I'm guessing this means no grocery store in the development.

I guess that shouldn't shock anyone if you consider Whole Foods just opened 3 blocks away and over the bridge is a Publix/Target, still unfortunate to see retail minimized.

Anyone can read the headlines of Atlanta Business Chronicle.

But posting that headline here is no help whatsoever. Not everyone can afford to subscribe to all of the publications that are important to them.

The least should be a brief synopsis of the article.

Every time I think that Charlotte is catching up to Atlanta, Atlanta turns on the turbos and pulls away big time!

Hopefully towers stay the same, but can’t help but think that the drastic reduction of retail will be a big hit to the pedestrian experience around this. Hose original renderings looked so good too.

You'd have to look at the space itself, but 30,000 SF is enough for smaller format grocery stores. For example, Sprouts targets 30,000 SF and Trader Joe's are typically around 15,000 SF.
