1495' has got to be elevation above sea level (isn't it about 60' at this point on Manhattan?)

However, I won't complain if this is another height increase...

Still some question marks in there (towers yet to be revealed), but the number of these towers goes a long way towards "balancing" the skyline. I say we call them the monoliths of the north (as opposed to the monoliths of the west - Hudson Yards).
