Nice! Would folks here be using Grove or Exchange Place PATH to get to the city?

Its kinda a walk to Journal Square but Grove Street is a tad bit closer. Unless they walk a little more to exchange, either way, they'll get to the city.

Is the second tower the same size? I thought it was listed as something like 440 ft somewhere, over 80 ft shorter than the first tower. Are they also going to do the mid rise hotel that was supposed to be a key component of the completed development, or has that been dropped?

The second tower is clearly around the same size as the first.

This whole area is ripe for development, so hopefully there are additional tower phases.

This parking lot needs to be developed. Its a waste of prime space. Corner of Montgomery St and Marin Blvd.
