Seriously? This tower isn't even designed yet. Related has been changing models of not only this tower but some of the others so often that you should be expecting this by now. We'll know what's getting built here when we get closer to something actually getting built here.

Compared to 30HY it looks 950-1000 feet, the one in front of 30HY in the picture looks like it's been bumped up to 1100+, (It's u/c now and is 1009' I believe).

Yes.. at his point I think we've all learned to not take any of the HY renderings too seriously since they change every week it seems.

One is 50 Hudson Yards, developed by Related and Oxford, which is located on West 33rd Street and 10th Avenue. The other is Tishman Speyer’s building, the Spiral, which is planned for one block north of 50 Hudson Yards and will span 2.85 million square feet.

Now that Related's major towers at the railyards are full, it's natural for the spillover to this site. Hopefully with a commitment we'll get closer to renders for this tower.
