Yes absolutely. I think it was mentioned by someone else earlier in this thread but it also extends the city quite a bit visually when looking down 3rd street.

I'd love to see clusters of buildings of this quality and height pop up all over the city!

Ahhh, how I miss home. Can't wait to see this in person when I'm back in the Bay. We should be getting some good aerials for when the Warriors are in the WCF!
