If you go to Page 16 and look at the rendering for the Colorado Street project in Austin, it looks like the same design. Either that or they are using Colorado St. as a place holder in that picture.

Nice! It would be nice to have a taller tower on either 2100 or 2200 Market but as shown by your models, West Market filling up is huge for the skyline.

It's just such a bummer the El has no stops between 15th and 30th. I am aware that the El tracks run between the trolley tracks making a station very tough but I think the trolley stops at 19th or 22nd should be sacrificed for an El stop around there. It's just so much more important for the development of this underdeveloped area of Market St.

Check this out!

Looks like the project will be called "21M."

Look at this image from Brandywine's "Development" page:
https://www.brandywinerealty.com/development

If you click the drop down, it gives the below description for the project:

Quote:
21M
2100 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA

Architect:

Erdy McHenry Architecture

21M is a ground-up mixed-use development designed for integrated work + life experiences. Situated on the vibrant Market Street west corridor and directly across the river from University City’s innovation hubs, 21M offers inspired indoor and outdoor workspace and leisure environments designed for productivity in both business and life.

Oh man, from that angle, it looks awfully similar to the 405 Colorado tower currently going up in Austin, which is also a Brandywine project. It would be interesting and unexpected if they attempted to transfer that design to another of their projects.

How awesome would it be if they took that brick base all the way up? The bulky top needs to be refined.

Agreed. This feels like the original rendering of 3001 JFK. Which was refined, so I think there's some hope here.

Just finished my model of this, will post some images soon. The building looks to be around 350 feet tall and 23 floors

I like it. I think it's daring, which is something you can rarely say here. I'm sure it will get tweaked a bit, but I like the concept

i like the spirit of what they’re going for but the transition from the brick base to the white bottom is about as clumsy as it gets. it could look 100x better if it went with the mirrored ceiling like Bridge.
