Just a joke about the name of the gate. I think it looks great. The apartments around it are a different story however. And I wish the park had more usable space.

West Midtown has own skyline coming down from Northside Drive. It's pretty impressive tbh.

Can you get pics next time, please? This is the one thing that I find most irritating about Atl forumers. You guys LOVE to talk about what you've seen, but tend to leave us hanging by NOT providing photo evidence....

Like I said the other day, posting photos on here is not user friendly, at least not to me. I agree with you though.

I wish it were easier too...lots of times I had photos to share and I just didn't bother. Maybe things have changed, but what I remember from years past was some BS about posting the photo to some other photo hosting site then linking to it on here...

There’s a decent view of it while southbound on 85 before the connector, too. Surprised me the first time I noticed it.

Plus a lot of what we spot is from a car (well, for me at least). It's not easy or safe to take good pics when driving.

I think it’s townhouses.

Townhomes right there don't really seem economically justified...I'd imagine land prices in that area is very expensive and it's unlikely townhomes can get a good return of investment there, plus we haven't seen anything at the DRC for that lot.

And completley out of nowhere. How is it possible that we've heard nothing of this before? (at least I haven't). That's a horrible location for townhouses in my opinion.

Looks good to me. It's a straight shot into downtown-midtown.

I don't see any planning or building permits in Accela for that site, for either the W.Peachtree or 12th street addresses.
