Isn't this the site plan for phase I of The Interlock, which is currently under construction? Phase II will be at the corner of Northside and 11th.

Lol yup you are right- I was included as the site plan for p.2 to be presented to city council. I didn’t look at this one as we already have renderings

cannot wait for this, 1105 WP, & Midtown Union to help reshape the midtown skyline. Norfolk Southern I wonder if you’ll be able to see from the east side of town or just from the west.

In not quite as exciting news, the (townhome?) development west of Windgate along Parkway at the old Premier Academy site is underway. It’s fenced off and foundation in place. I believe the fence said “Empire” and the lot was fairly large.

The Midtown Development Review Committee met tonight review two projects: 6-story residential project that includes unique shipping container units 13th and Crescent Ave + a 34-story mixed-use project with retail and 284 residential units by Greystar.
