Miss your home country giallo?

Cause we sorely miss you (well.. technically I'm in Boston right now.. but I have a tendency to talk about myself as if I were a real Taiwanese)

Hope you're enjoying yourself in Shanghai (even though you KNOW you love Tainan more..)

Thanks, guys!

Of course I miss Taiwan. A big part of my life was spent there. There are so many great things I miss: the people, the cities, the FOOD!!! I may be back for Chinese New Year. Oh, if any of you ever make your way to Shanghai don't hesitate to PM me. I'll be more than happy to show you around.

As for those last pictures that kidd posted.........(thump) *fainted on the floor*

hey giallo, are you in shanghai?

i'd like to know what is your comparison of the living environments between taiwan and china. everybody's raving about china and how it's better to live there than in taiwan and how the cities there are more modern than taiwanese cities now. what is your opinion?

and what is the opinions of those who've lived in both countries?

china forum has got loads of quality pictures of shanghai! the place surely looks promising! i have been to quite a few cities in china. overall, the infrastructures look new, roads are nice and wide, and pedestrian walkway is more common than taiwan. but i wouldn't want to live there tho. the air and water pollution are without doubt very serious! my respiratiory system feels funny whenever i am there and its tap water smelled funny to me too, i wouldn't dare to rinse my mouth with it.

ya i heard about major pollution problems in china. if chinese air is worse than taiwanese cities, then that is really bad!!

so you think chinese girls are better looking than taiwanese girls, australiasian? i've heard they're taller.

which country has better food? i would think china also has good food and since there's loads of taiwanese in shanghai and other cities, they should have good taiwanese food in china as well. but i've also heard chinese food is very greasy and salty.
