A very nice contribution to the Vancouver thread!

All these projects are U/C, approved or serious proposals.

My model of Mississauga City Center is nearing completion, but I still have Humber Bay, Vaughan and Scarborough to do, in that order...

Nice, koops. It's going to take much more than scrapers for the Sausage to approach a sense of urbanity, but at least it'll have an impressive skyline. Looking forward to your Humber Bay and Scarboro models.

LOL Keep mistaking this for the skyline thread. North of 40 sucks. Eyes just give up.

More skyscrapers are not going to improve the sense of urbanity to the point that Mississauga sheds its suburban identity. That requires improving how they interact with the public realm beyond doing the minimum of today.

Yes much appreciated. Otherwise it's just another Toronto only thread with all due respect to all ofKoops work.

I forgot I had these. These are some projections for what Ottawa's skyline should look like in the future. Several of these have been proposed or are under construction, but many are just "stand-in" towers to show the idea for the desired density and plan for the infill areas of LeBreton Flats, Zibi, Bayview, and Tunney's Pasture.

Great Ottawa and Mississauga models!!
so much potential in both cities. Really hope the lebreton flats area gets developed to reflect that model. it's currently such an eye sore.

Nice to see Ottawa in transition both in terms of urban and transit planning. Last time I was there I stayed at the Delta City Centre and the views from the top floor are amazing! I can only image how they are changing these days...

Not looking forward to Canada House. It promises to be another non-descript glass box in an area of downtown Toronto that's already abysmal.
