LeFrak Organization Reveals Rentals At The Beach At 700 Washington Boulevard In Jersey City

The LeFrak Organization has revealed its latest collection of residential apartments at 700 Washington Boulevard. The property, officially referred to as The Beach, is positioned on the eastern waterfront edge of Jersey City and will house 336 units.

Leasing has officially launched for the property, including a small portion of below-market-rate rentals. All residences will have amenities designed by K&Co, the same company that worked on the spaces within the American Copper Buildings.

The building will feature 38 studios, 134 one-bedrooms, 129 two-bedrooms, 35 three-bedrooms, and two four-bedroom homes, with rents ranging from $2,510 to upward of $6,645 per month. A few will come with private outdoor terraces.

Residents will have access to a sprawling waterfront courtyard complete with a pool and sun deck, lounge seating, and grilling stations. Additional communal amenities include a spacious roof deck, a rooftop lounge, fitness center, a children’s playroom, and co-working stations with private breakout rooms.

Prospective residents are now invited to visit a leasing office for the property at 180 River Drive South.
