This is one of 22 site-specific proposals to go before Regional Council this week to seek approval to proceed through public consultation amid the new Centre Plan. This was one of 14 given the go-ahead.
The proposal is for a
41m / 16 fl / 107 unit residential building at the eastern corner of Queen Street and Victoria Road in Downtown Dartmouth. The main entrance would be along Queen Street and townhouses would be accessed along both streets.
