I skimmed through it but want to take a deeper read. I like the scaling, and the street designs (which could hopefully be more widely used elsewhere in the city as streets are rebuilt, or if lanes do end up getting removed). Combined with the potential of Pier 8, this part of the city has a fantastic future.

Just have to make sure that the city doesn't end up approving suburban-style big box retail on that wide commercial strip that came out of the resolution to CN's challenge.

I was always a supporter of the "Setting Sail" plan and am glad that the ideas conveyed there are now being applied to this part of town.
