Garfield House

Proposed 26 story apartment tower. The 87 million dollar project will be built at SEC of Sixth and Garfield Streets. Will go before the City Council soon.

This would be Garfield House. Is the counsel approving the project or the tax credit for the project?

City Council approval is just a rubber stamp. It's really a formality, and as long as you passed all the other hurdles and there is no major backlash against your project for any reason, they it will most likely pass it unanimously.

Yup! The City Counsel approved the development. That's going to be a interesting project there.

Looking at Thespian Dave pics on another thread, looks like two meetings on Garfield House 21st of this month and city council on November 4th
