Why the heck does this even need to go to the DRP? It’s a small addition at the back with no changes to the front facade. What a waste of consultant fees.

I don't think they are. It's just the perspective from that angle. Here's another angle.

The large top one is not in the render. That may be what Chronamut was referring to.

Is there a plan for that lot? Maybe it will become some kind of "people" space?

I don't believe so. It's used as the parking area for the Lister Block.

That would indeed be the one. Honestly I think they just got lazy with the other buildings as I don't see them shearing off the back cornices either - I think this render is mainly for the shipping crate-esque backgrounds and the rest are just filler - they probably just forgot to turn a layer on for the window. Probably just easier to render it how they did.

At least that's what I hope - stop destroying all the building character people..
