Although I would have always LOVED for NCR to have combined the two buildings into one taller building (30+ stories) with the other building lot for future expansion – I am REALLY pleased with the absolute transition of the streetscape!

The entire complex seems to have opened its “collective arms” to the corner of 8th & Spring Street.

This is such an asset to the area now.

I hope that future development in Midtown shows as much interest in engaging its surroundings.

There's a new art piece on the east-facing wall of NCR Phase II. Some big swirling purple and white shapes. It'a above the little pocket park next to Vietvana.
