Agreed on noon! I can't bring myself to wake up before 10 these days with nowhere to go.

Actually it should be 1pm for anybody on the west coast that wants to join. Actually lets just make the 20th the deadline no time constraints. When done we can create a polling thread for or designs.

. Though that will be a tricky site to redevelop. If it's not already I hope it is planned to extend the park south of it over it in the future.

I'm glad I got to grow up at a time when that was still Clubland during my peak party days. This new crop of 19-24 years old' s doesn't know what they are missing. Almost half of those towers in your render represent an old nightclub lost which honestly is fine by me because Clubland was becoming increasing violent over the years before it started to thin out.
