Just took a drive through downtown...
noticed a few things:
the cladding on the old Texaco building seems to have been replaced...looks better, but that wasn't hard to accomplish.
This is one of my pet peeves... on the Ritz-Carlton, there's a section above the main sign where the stone cracked/fell off/whatever and they've just replaced it with a sheet of metal...it's not flush with the building, it's bent, it's in two pieces, and it's not even the same color as the surrounding stone...seriously amateurish.
