Shared kitchens was the hot startup trend before this year (see former Uber CEO Travis Kalanick), but I don't think they will survive the pandemic. They were mostly useful for meal prep subscription services, but that market has been heavily wounded by the pandemic. Shared kitchens aren't really a scalable business, IMO.
