Huge variance posters in the 201 Portage courtyard. was driving so couldn't read it. wonder what it is relating to for this project..

In my prospective there no place for underground or above-ground pedestrian concourses in cities as they are unfair for people with special needs, people with kids in strollers and just if you have a heavy luggage with you. In addition it promotes car culture putting needs of car owners above others, which is bad.

Also in this particular case it will just kill the BMO building which is a gem of P&M

I see you're trying to link from Flickr... I'm not a Flickr user but I was under the impression that standard Flickr accounts don't support remote image hosting. Maybe someone here can recommend another hosting source? I used to use imgur but they've changed it and frankly I have no idea how it works anymore.
