CINCINNATI | The Blonde (8th and Main) | 13 FLOORS

Greiwe Development and Terrex LLC are in the process of purchasing 2 buildings and two parking lots on the Northwest and Southwest corners of the intersection of 8th and Main Street in Downtown Cincinnati. Each building will house about 45 units, estimated to be in the $600k-$900k range. Directly adjacent to a streetcar stop which is a big part of the reason behind choosing this location. Three local architecture firms are designing with John Senhauser leading which means good things.

Good for Cincinnati! Definitely one of the country's most underrated cities.

Really excited for this project. Cincy will be gaining some pretty solid density over the next year or two.
