Greiwe Development and Terrex LLC are in the process of purchasing 2 buildings and two parking lots on the Northwest and Southwest corners of the intersection of 8th and Main Street in Downtown Cincinnati. Each building will house about 45 units, estimated to be in the $600k-$900k range. Directly adjacent to a streetcar stop which is a big part of the reason behind choosing this location. Three local architecture firms are designing with John Senhauser leading which means good things.

A development team is looking to transform the intersection of Eighth and Main streets in downtown Cincinnati by building two, mid-rise luxury condominium towers.

Greiwe Development Group and Terrex LLC have two sites under contract with plans to build about 90 condos in the next four to five years...
