It's in the 300' zone and will be almost exactly that tall. PS, they say 28 floors of residential, but they didn't count the 2 floors on the bottom -- so it's 30.

I made a mistake. The building is south of the Seattle Tower. The one here with the arches at top.

That's 1200 Third. My company is remodeling several floors into new offices, and also creating a couple of retail spaces at ground level.

And my mind says that my eyes are tricking me, but there looks to even be a crown of sorts on top, worth at least a floor and a half. I can't believe it if it's true. A crown, a pinacle, a pointy thing on a would be flat-top in Seattle!

Soon I believe, sometime this spring. So we've got Olive 8, Midtown Seattle, Four Seasons, Second and Pine. Not a bad way to start off the year. What's starting in Bellevue this spring? Lincoln tower office?

We all do.

When does Mosler lofts in Belltown start? That's about a 10 story project, plus Parc Belltown gives us two new towers this year. Vulcan has a project on the drawing boards for that neighborhood too.

^^nice photo. It's a lot glassier than the earlier renderings suggested.

Anyone know about what's in the works for the Federal Reserve Bank property now that the monorail's dead?
