I will be glad to even own the lower floors in the building. It is so beautiful I prefer to just have the opportunity to live in it.

I wonder if they filmed spider man in 2020, would he run out of web scaling these new supertalls? Seems like all the villains would have to do is hide in these penthouses, and spider man would not be able to reach them due to logistical issues. Not enough web being produced in time. Kinda similar to the glass crisis for NYC skyscrapers. Which raises the question.... how the hell does he have so much web on him and move so fast? Even if its compressed, it must weight 3 tons based on how much he uses? This is really a matter of engineering and classical mechanics and I want to know the secret.

Why would he need webbing to scale a building when he can stick to any surface? If he needed to quickly reach the top, he could just web slingshot his way up there.

I am a huge Spider-Man/Marvel fan but back on topic: when should we expect this baby to start fully going vertical?

As of right now on billionaire's row, CPT and 220 CPS are most definitely above street level while 53W53 is still on the foundation, 520 Park is also above street level now but hopefully this beauty isn't too far behind.

Hopefully Q1 would be nice. They are aiming I believe for a 2018 completion, so this should rise relatively quickly in super tall terms. If we are lucky, 432 Park speed. If everything goes to plan, by mid 2017; CPT, 220 CPS, and Steinway should all break the 250m mark.

Roughly. Something along the lines of 1160 ft or so. The crown is roughly 150-170 ft, add about 60 ft for mechanical, and yeah, 1160-1190 ft look to be the highest occupied floor. Each unit occupying 1 floor with high ceilings. Not as high as 432 Park (in terms of occupied unit), but definitely not One57. Still a new record, well, until Nordstrom takes the title and CPT looks to be wining the race as steel columns are above street level.

The setbacks are facing Midtown so that the residents can enjoy sweeping skyline views.

The flat side offers completely unobstructed views of the park.

Overall, it's an awesome place to enjoy.
